Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of Craftlouder (https://craftlouder.com) and using or contracting our web development or AI automation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Services & Deliverables
Craftlouder designs custom web architectures (Next.js, FastAPI), automates business workflows (n8n, Zapier), and integrates AI systems (chatbots, voice receptionists). Project scope is specified in individual agreements.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All source code, design assets, and custom builds developed for clients are fully owned by the client upon final payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless covered by an NDA.
Third-Party Services & Infrastructure Costs
Clients maintain their own third-party accounts (such as OpenAI, Twilio, Vercel, or hosting services) and are responsible for ongoing usage fees.
