Craftlouder Service Terms

Development Delivery, Licensing & Operational Limits

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Craftlouder (https://craftlouder.com) and subscribing to or purchasing our AI automation, custom development, or design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue website usage and service onboarding immediately.

Services & Project Deliverables

Craftlouder designs custom web architectures (Next.js, FastAPI), automates workflows (n8n, Zapier), and integrates AI systems (chatbots, voice calling agents). Project deliverables are specified in individual work orders or proposals. While we maximize code efficiency, API performance, and layout aesthetics, final integration scopes are subject to API limits, third-party model uptimes (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio), and customer-supplied configurations.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Unless specified in a custom commercial agreement, all source code, assets, website custom builds, and workflow designs built for clients are fully owned by the client upon final payment. Craftlouder retains the right to display design visuals and non-proprietary structural highlights in our portfolio and marketing material, unless a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

Limitation of Liability & API Costs

Craftlouder is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, hosting services, or AI API failures. Clients are solely responsible for setting up billing accounts and tracking ongoing monthly usage fees (such as OpenAI tokens, Pinecone indexes, Twilio calls, and n8n cloud hosting costs). We guide clients on cost-optimization but do not cover ongoing infrastructure bills.

By contracting our studio or initializing workspace builds, you agree to these operational rules. For questions or to arrange a custom master service agreement (MSA), email us at info@craftlouder.com.
